As Executive Director of INCMA – responsible for running 75 member association/16 member board of directors including: financial management, member communications including website creation/development, seminar/golf outing/meeting planning, membership campaigns, multiple committees, political direction and general issue development. Additional clients: Indiana Medical Device Manufacturers Council (IMDMC). As Director of the IMDMC – responsible for managing 55 member Council/12 member board of directors including financial management, extensive educational program development and marketing, website building and maintenance, database management, and all aspects of membership development. The Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana (GASI). As Executive Director of GASI – responsible for running 250 member society/18 member board of directors including event planning and management/database management/ publication development and general administrative matters. |
